How much does a consultation cost?+
The first consultation is always free and without obligation. For insurance and loans we are paid by the insurer or bank, so you pay nothing extra for our services. For real estate, our fee is always agreed in writing in advance in the brokerage agreement.
Are you tied to one bank or insurer?+
No. As a tied agent of INSIA a.s. we have access to offers from many banks and insurers and choose what suits you, not one institution.
Which languages do you work in, and where?+
Czech, Slovak, Ukrainian, Russian and English. We are based in Brno and consult in person and online, so we also help clients from other cities.
I already have a mortgage or insurance elsewhere. Can you help?+
Yes. We review your current contracts, compare them with current offers and point out where you overpay or are not sufficiently protected. The decision is always yours.
How long does it take to arrange a mortgage?+
Usually a few weeks from the moment we have all the documents. It depends on the bank, the type of property and whether a valuation is needed. That is why we recommend sorting out financing before you reserve a property.
What do I need to sell an apartment?+
ID, proof of ownership (purchase or gift agreement, inheritance decision), an energy performance certificate (PENB), for apartments in an SVJ or cooperative a confirmation of no debts, and the mortgage agreement if the property is pledged. We'll help you obtain any missing documents.
How does a fast buyout work?+
We assess the property, propose a price and agree on a date. The money is transferred via attorney escrow, so both sides are protected.
Why arrange insurance through you rather than directly with an insurer?+
We compare offers from several insurers and explain the differences in coverage, so you don't pay for what you don't need or leave gaps where it matters.
Can I get insurance if I don't speak Czech well?+
Yes. We explain the terms in your language before you sign.
