Real estate brokerage
We provide real estate brokerage under a trade licence pursuant to Act No. 39/2020 Coll., on Real Estate Brokerage. We hold liability insurance for damage caused in real estate brokerage as required by this Act. We accept client money into escrow only through an attorney, a notary or a bank.
Insurance distribution (Act No. 170/2018 Coll.)
Tenaryia s.r.o. is a tied agent (vázaný zástupce) of the independent intermediary INSIA a.s. and is registered with the Czech National Bank: ČNB register - verify by IČO 23435810.
INSIA a.s. is liable for damage caused in insurance distribution.
Before a contract is concluded, we will give you advice and a recommendation based on an analysis of your requirements and needs.
We are remunerated by a commission from the insurer, which is included in the premium. The client pays us nothing for arranging insurance.
We hold no direct or indirect share in the voting rights or capital of any insurer, and no insurer holds such a share in our company.
Consumer credit
Tenaryia s.r.o. is a tied agent of the independent intermediary INSIA a.s. for consumer credit intermediation under Act No. 257/2016 Coll. and is registered with the Czech National Bank: ČNB register - verify by IČO 23435810.
INSIA a.s. is liable for damage caused in credit intermediation.
We are remunerated by the lender. We will tell you the amount before the contract is concluded.
Complaints
You can file a complaint by e-mail at info@tenaryia.com, by phone at +420 607 405 157 or by post to our registered office. We will confirm receipt and handle the complaint without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest. Complaints about a tied agent may also be filed with INSIA a.s. or the Czech National Bank (www.cnb.cz).
Out-of-court consumer dispute resolution
Disputes concerning real estate brokerage and non-life insurance are handled by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz). Disputes concerning life insurance and consumer credit are handled by the Financial Arbiter (www.financniarbitr.cz). A dispute can also be resolved via the EU online dispute resolution platform.
Supervision
Insurance and consumer credit distribution is supervised by the Czech National Bank (www.cnb.cz). Real estate brokerage and consumer protection are supervised by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority and the competent trade licensing office.
